Sequence analysis with recurrent neural networks

In this talk, I introduced three concepts from deep learning communication in relatively more depth with intended application for biological sequence like protein peptides.

The three concepts are

1. Recurrent neural network
2. Word embedding with word2vec
3. seq2seq model with attention
